| The basic machine operations we perform routinely include; |
- Milling squares and rectangles with radiused or chamfered corners.
- Drilling and milling holes at specific positions on a part.
- Milling parts with thru or blind pockets.
- Milling chamfers and/or steps on the outside of parts, inside of pockets, or inside of holes.
- Generating of Optical Prism Blanks

| We have machined light weighted mirror blanks, wind tunnel windows, vacuum fixtures, laser gyroscope blanks, holographic ring blanks.. just to name a few. With our 4 axis machine we can mill complex 3 dimensional shapes also. |
| Standard Tolerances are .004" -.010" on dimensions, and 10 - 30 minutes on angles. Extreme tolerances can be held to .0005" on dimensions, and 30 seconds on angles. |
